CurriculumEach apprentice learns from a nationally recognized curriculum called NCCER. First year apprentices complete CORE: Basic Safety and Level 1 of their trade. Second-Fourth year apprentices complete level 2-4 of their trade. Each module has an online objectives based test to verify the apprentice has mastered the content. Many modules also required a hands-on performance profile to be completed demonstrating the apprentices' abilities to perform the desired task. NCCER's online Registry systems allows for employers to verify completed training and credentials on a national scale.
