NEFBA Apprenticeship Applications "How To"s & FAQs
1. Applications will only be accepted during the open window of March 11, 2022 and June 13, 2022.
2. The minimum documents are listed on the first page of the apprenticeship application. All documents must be included for a complete application.
3. Applications can be submitted by appointment only once application is completed and all documentation of the minimum requirements are ready.
4. Application appointments can be set by:
Walk-ins are highly discouraged, as office hours vary and the volume of applicants requires scheduling. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply early in the window, as apprentices are selected on a "first come/first served" basis.

- Emailing Charlie Libretto at clibretto@nefba.com for an appointment request.
- Calling 904-421-0296 and requesting an appointment.
- Your employer will need to write a "Letter of Intent to Sponsor" to complete your application
- Your employer can also be one of your personal Letters of Recommendation
- You may call and/or email to request an appointment once your application is complete with everything except of your Letter of Intent of sponsorship
- We will assist you with employment by referring you to one of our participating employers looking for apprentices.
- Employment will be offered at the discretion of each employer and may require additional screening and hiring requirements.
- Applications will not be complete until a Letter of Intent to Sponsor is received from a Participating Employer. Applicants have up until June 27th, 2022 to obtain employment.
